Our story.
White Rose Sports Management are a sports management company, specialising in the representation of professional golfers.
The company is owned by James Milner and Adam Lallana, who have both enjoyed decorated careers in elite sport as part of high performing teams.
We have identified that many golfers fall short from a performance perspective due to a lack of structure and support, something that footballers can sometimes take for granted.
The experience, attitude and application that James and Adam have developed throughout their career builds the foundation of our ethos. Our values are steeped in their learnings and we aim to transfer the characteristics of high performing teams into an individual sport.
Driven by our team of diverse experience and skill set, we aim to better nurture golfers, helping them reach their full potential and ultimately maximise the chance of lasting success.

Rock Sports Group
In June 2022, White Rose formed a strategic partnership with Rock Sports Group. An American based management company with over 40 years of experience managing the lives of professional athletes worldwide. Rock Sports was established by Mac Barnhart and is led by Chief Executive Officer Russell Gray.
