25 year old Bailey hails from Worksop and enjoyed an illustrious international amateur career before turning professional in 2019.
During the two years that Bailey was a member of the England Men’s squad, he represented them on five occasions, winning all five team matches along the way.
On top of this, he played in the Quadrangular match for England in Costa Ballena and was a member of the 16 man 2019 Walker Cup Squad.
Since making the transition from amateur, he has continued to show impressive form and most notably prove that he is capable of getting the job done on the professional stage.
Bailey has so far enjoyed multiple wins on the MENA Tour and three other first place finishes on other U.K satellite tours including the Clutch Pro Tour.
His Maiden pro victory at the Ghala Open, which saw him make two stunning birdies from almost impossible positions to win by a single shot, earnt him his first experience on the DP World Tour with a start at the Oman Open in 2020.
This followed soon after with an invite to the Betfred British Master’s, where fellow Worksop and Lindrick member Lee Westwood gave him the opportunity to test his game against Europe’s elite.
Bailey will combine his Asian Tour playing status with starts on the Challenge Tour in 2023, with his first event confirmed as the UAE Challenge at the beginning of May.
